Job summary

Hoople Group, on behalf of Herefordshire Council, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Adult Social Care systems, including Mosaic. You will gather requirements, map processes, and work with managers, IT colleagues and system suppliers to improve data quality and reporting while ensuring regulatory needs are met.

You will contribute to inspections, training and testing, helping shape frontline services and outcomes for residents in Herefordshire through robust system

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience of case management systems, ideally Mosaic.
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care services and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, support system enhancements, improve processes and data quality.
• Ensure our systems meet operational, reporting and regulatory needs.
