Herefordshire Council is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Adult Social Care Mosaic system. You will gather requirements, map processes and help deliver improvements that impact frontline services and regulatory reporting.

You will work hybrid, with colleagues across operations and IT, helping ensure data quality, system testing and training to users while supporting inspections and statutory returns.

About The Role

Job Title: Business Analyst (Adult Social Care Systems - Mosaic) Hours: 37 hours Salary: HC08 £37,563 - £42,123 per annum Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months (with a view to go permenant) Location: Plough Lane / Hybrid Working Closing date: 24/09/2026

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a real difference in Adult Social Care? We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our ASC Reporting Team, at Herefordshire Council, supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Mosaic and associated case management systems. This is a business-critical role that directly supports the delivery of statutory Adult Social Care services. Working closely with operational managers, practitioners, IT colleagues and system suppliers, you will gather and analyse business requirements, support system enhancements, improve processes and data quality, and ensure our systems meet operational, reporting and regulatory needs. You will also play a key role in supporting inspections, statutory reporting, user training and system testing.
