Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Adult Social Care Mosaic system. You will gather requirements, map processes and help deliver improvements that impact frontline services and regulatory reporting.

You will work hybrid, with colleagues across operations and IT, helping ensure data quality, system testing and training to users while supporting inspections and statutory returns.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience of case management systems, ideally Mosaic.
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care services and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Mosaic and related systems.
• Support system enhancements and data quality improvements.
• Assist with inspections, statutory reporting and user training.
• Collaborate with managers, IT and suppliers to deliver changes.
• Help ensure systems meet operational, reporting and regulatory needs.
