Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Adult Social Care systems, including Mosaic. You will gather and analyse business requirements, map processes and assist with system enhancements, data quality, and regulatory reporting.

Working with operational managers, IT colleagues and system suppliers, you will help ensure front-line services run smoothly and improve outcomes for residents, with hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and process-mapping skills.
• Experience of case management systems, ideally Mosaic.
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care services and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
