Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Speke, Liverpool, is seeking a Business Analyst to understand business requirements, map processes and support practical solutions that drive performance. Based at our Support Centre, you will work with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will document requirements, analyse data, and contribute to testing and documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Based at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of solutions that drive business performance.

This role would suit a Business Analysis who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing processes and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role will include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting the design and implementation of business solutions
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business and IT teams
• Supporting testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio and SQL would be advantageous but is not essential.
