We are recruiting a customer-obsessed, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our FinOps Program Management Office (PMO). This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in a high-growth environment by working on complex, scalable, and repeatable projects that meet business and customer needs while maintaining high standards of controllership. Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Independently analyze, validate, verify, and approve finance requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, feasibility, and traceability.
  2. Translate business and customer requirements into meaningful insights using process and data analysis mechanisms to drive business value.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams, process owners, and finance experts to design, develop, test, and implement automated, scalable finance solutions that meet customer needs and compliance standards.
  4. Maintain requirements traceability and manage change requirements through effective change control processes and tools.
  5. Deep dive into business finance processes to identify problems and opportunities.
  6. Partner with operational teams to problem-solve during design, testing, and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition to operational business-as-usual.
  7. Create standardized and repeatable business analysis artifacts and processes to enhance team maturity and effectiveness.
  8. Develop strategies for optimizing and automating finance business processes.
  9. Influence stakeholders to meet deadlines and communicate critical information effectively to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving.
  10. Share domain and process expertise across the organization.
Who Are We Looking For?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, Power Pivot, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to generate business insights.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial or business analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
