Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure needs are understood and delivered.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and user stories.
• Support delivery of software and business change initiatives with project teams.
• Assist with solution design, impact assessments, and change analysis for new features.
• Provide ongoing support during project delivery and resolve queries.
• Contribute to client onboarding, solution rollouts, and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and user experience.
