Job summary

Levick Stanley is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a highly technical and regulated environment. You’ll work with colleagues across engineering, operations, finance and IT to analyse processes, gather requirements and drive meaningful change that enhances efficiency and business performance.

You’ll support business change projects from concept through implementation, facilitate workshops, and help deliver solutions with clear documentation, dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying improvements.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP or other enterprise systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Interrogate systems to produce reports, dashboards and insights.
• Create process maps, business cases and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to design solutions.
• Support business change projects from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies; escalate issues as required.
• Support UAT, training and implementation activities.
• Analyze data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
