Job summary

R3vamp Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Swindon. You will map current processes, design future state, and run workshops with both technical and operational staff to drive transformation.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, document flows and risks, and contribute to the roadmap with continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Seasoned BA with contracting background preferred.
• Experience in complex, transforming environments.
• Strong documentation and data-flow experience is required.
• Proven ability to map as-is and to-be processes with clear user scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.

Your New Role

We are working with a global business, going through a large-scale phase of transformation, who are looking for additional resource to join their delivery team. In this role, you will be tasked on working on a number of projects at the same time, mapping out processes in the 'as is' discovery and delivering the 'to be' design. You will work closely with both technical and operational staff, facilitating workshops and design sessions. You will build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, communicating progress, risks and roadmap. Identifying continuous improvement changes and implementing the processes is also a fundamental piece of this role.

Ensuring Your Success

You will be a seasoned BA, ideally with a contracting background with the ability to hit the ground running, ideally within a complex and transforming environment. Strong documenting and data flow experience is a must, with excellent analytical and problem skills, using techniques including SWOT and BPMN. A demonstrable background in process mapping and modelling looking at as-is and to-be, creating specific documentation and user scenarios is also key. Excellent stakeholder engagement is an absolute essential.
