Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join a growing transformation team. You'll work with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and engineers to understand processes and deliver technology solutions.

You will analyse and document business processes, run workshops, translate needs into requirements, support testing, and help deliver transformation, automation and AI projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience running workshops and challenging processes to identify improvements.
• Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving skills.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Project Analyst who enjoys understanding business processes and turning them into practical technology solutions?

We're recruiting for a Senior Project Analyst to join a growing transformation team, working on a range of strategic business and technology projects. What you'll be doing:

• Working with stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business processes.
• Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Creating process maps and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to support the design and delivery of technology solutions.
• Supporting testing, solution walkthroughs and project implementation.
• Building strong relationships across the business to drive successful project outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience running workshops and challenging processes to identify improvements.
• A naturally analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• An interest in technology and digital transformation (technical experience isn't essential).
