Job summary

R3vamp Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Swindon. You will map current processes, design future state, and run workshops with both technical and operational staff to drive transformation.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, document flows and risks, and contribute to the roadmap with continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Seasoned BA with contracting background preferred.
• Experience in complex, transforming environments.
• Strong documentation and data-flow experience is required.
• Proven ability to map as-is and to-be processes with clear user scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Map current (as-is) processes and design target (to-be) processes.
• Deliver design artifacts and user scenarios for multiple projects.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with technical and operational staff.
• Communicate progress, risks and roadmap to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement process changes.
