• Mapping as-is and to-be processes, identifying pain points, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Running stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand requirements and build agreement.
• Producing BA documentation including requirements catalogues, user stories, use cases, process maps, data catalogues, acceptance criteria and traceability records.
• Working with senior stakeholders, SMEs, process owners, Digital, Cyber and delivery teams.
• Helping prioritise requirements based on business value, risk, customer impact, cost, benefit and delivery complexity.
• Supporting business cases and investment decisions through structured requirements and options assessments.
• Maintaining traceability requirements throughout design, build, testing, UAT, transition and adoption.
• Supporting testing, business readiness and change activities.
• Helping develop consistent BA standards, templates and governance across the Innovation team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of innovation and business improvement projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Digital, Cyber and delivery teams to understand business challenges, define requirements and ensure opportunities are properly assessed before solutions are developed, or investment decisions are made.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• A relevant degree/professional qualification or equivalent practical experience within Business Analysis, technology, digital, process improvement or a related discipline.
