Job summary

JSS is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Wealth Management to join a business transformation programme in Central London on an initial 3-month rolling contract. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and future operating model design rather than technical BA work.

You will map as-is and to-be processes, support TOM design and business readiness, and facilitate workshops with senior leaders. Immediate availability is preferred, with up to a 2-week notice.

Business Analyst | Wealth Management | Outside IR35 Contract

We're working with a leading Wealth Management business undergoing a significant business transformation programme and have an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 3-month rolling contract.

This role is expected to run for over a year and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping future business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the organisation.

Importantly, this is not a technical Business Analyst position. We're looking for a business-focused BA who can engage with stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and help define the future state operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs).
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across the business.
