Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in London. The role operates in a hybrid setup with two days on site weekly and offers a permanent position with a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 per year.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, produce comprehensive documentation, and collaborate with leadership and client teams to drive improvements and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead analysis activities from end-to-end, including documenting business cases and requirements.
• Experience in consultancy environments, managing client relations and deliverables.
• Business Analysis qualification (BCS, CBAP or equivalent) preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce project analysis documentation including business cases, benefits, GAP analyses and test plans.
• Support leadership through collaboration with other BAs and peer reviews.
• Attend regular meetings with project teams to review deliverables and deadlines.

Senior Business Analyst

Our client is a Consultancy that combines global know-how with local insight to help their clients turn business goals into reality, by offering innovation, automation and organisational design.

Following a recent promotion they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their high-performing team who provide strategic business analysis services to clients and other business partners as required. The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities from end-to-end - addressing operational, financial and technological problems, providing analysis, recommendations and project implementation based on the opportunities identified.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

• Lead best practice analysis, design, documentation and initiation of business as usual and project processes and workflows. This includes workshops, facilitating discussions, creating and updating analysis documentation such as problem statements and business cases, providing test cases and facilitation, prioritising tasks to ensure efficient and on-time delivery and managing customer and stakeholder relationships
• Produce required project analysis documentation including business cases, value/cost benefits, SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, problem statements, training materials, workflow diagrams, user stories, future state proposals, test plans and decks for decision making
• Support leadership and peers through collaboration with other BA's such as peer reviews, helping to resolve issues and holding each other accountable for results
• Attend regular meetings with project teams to review project deliverables and deadlines

The Successful Senior Business Analyst will have:

• Previous experience in a similar Senior Business Analyst role working on a variety of projects
• Experience working in a consultancy environment and managing relationships and deliverables with internal teams and external clients
• Detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extensive experience implementing business analysis frameworks and project delivery methodologies
• Strong team working skills and use to supporting others with peer reviews
• A Business Analysis qualification (BCS, CBAP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
