A prominent insurance company is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in London. The role requires strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping within the Reinsurance domain. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and be proactive team players. The company offers a hybrid working model to balance personal and professional life.

Following a review of key processes surrounding outwards reinsurance, Hiscox has invested in a programme of incremental changes to alleviate various challenges faced both within the team and with our business partners. This work will comprise of reviewing and enhancing processes and controls, and to investigate, plan and deliver more involved changes (including to systems) to mitigate risks.
This role is for someone with excellent interpersonal skills combined with in-depth business understanding of the Insurance industry, preferably with respect to Reinsurance. The role will involve working with the Reinsurance Operations, Reinsurance Purchase, Reinsurance Finance & Claims functions. You can expect a varying agenda; however, the primary focus will be:
A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis with experience of the full project lifecycle and direct experience of requirements documentation and inputting into solution design
