A leading property services company is seeking an Administrator to join their Voids team in St Albans. The role involves providing essential administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring efficient scheduling of tasks. We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team in Sandridge Park, St Albans.
Joining our team, you'll provide administration support to the Voids team mainly; managing and distributing incoming mail, making up void packs, conducting Phase 1 & 2 360 virtual tours, loading certifications, and scanning completed void packs onto the system. You will update trackers and use our MSi system to actively raise new void jobs and allocate new work orders to Operatives and supply chain instructions.
Using our MSi system, you'll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discuss complex repairs, demanding customers, and those who have suffered service failure, where your role is to instill customer confidence.
Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive can-do attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills are essential. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team is also required.
Previous experience in Social Housing, particularly within the repairs and maintenance sector, will be beneficial.
Must have resided in the UK for over 3 years to be eligible.
