Job summary

Transport for Greater Manchester is seeking a Bus Performance Manager to monitor and improve the performance of the franchised bus network, working with franchisees and internal teams to ensure reliable, efficient and customer-focused services. You will track on-road, revenue and patronage performance and develop action plans to drive improvement.

The role requires significant public transport experience and strong stakeholder engagement, with a permanent position offering a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the public transport sector.
• Ability to analyse KPIs, patronage and revenue data.
• Proven track record engaging with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual requirements and work on high-profile projects.
