Job summary

Transport for Greater Manchester is seeking a Bus Performance Manager to monitor and improve the franchised bus network. You will work with franchisees and internal teams to ensure reliable, efficient and customer-focused services across Greater Manchester.

You will analyse on-road, revenue and patronage data, identify underperformance and support action plans. The role includes liaising between TfGM and franchises to ensure issues are understood and addressed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the public transport sector.
• Ability to analyse KPIs, patronage and revenue data.
• Experience engaging effectively with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as main liaison between TfGM and each franchise.
