Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Performance Manager - Operations to lead data analysis and reporting for the Road User Charging directorate. You will drive performance insights across Congestion Charge, ULEZ/LEZ initiatives and taxi/private hire operations, turning data into actionable actions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and experience with MIS frameworks. Hybrid work is offered with travel across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and performance reporting (essential).
• Ability to present data clearly to non-technical colleagues (essential).
• Experience with MIS or KPI frameworks (essential).
• Understanding of contract/ supplier arrangements (desirable).
• Degree level in numerical discipline or related field (essential).
• Ability to develop and improve information systems and processes (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of management information and reporting.
• Analyse operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Own KPI processes for the Directorate and enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Support budgets and financial reporting with stakeholders.
