Bureau Manager – Tesco – Aberdeen Westhill (Part time - 30hrs)

Job Type: Permanent Part Time

Hours per week : 30

Salary per annum: £27,495 full time salary / £21,996 pro rata / £14.10 per hour additional benefits listed below

Working Patterns: Flexibility required across a variety of shifts between 8.30am - 8pm Monday to Sunday

As a Bureau Manager you will lead by example, managing, motivating and developing a team to achieve the best possible results to deliver a great customer experience; creating an inclusive workplace environment where all employees are valued.

Joining us will feel like being part of a family, so although you will need to be comfortable, you will also get support across the business and engage with other Travelex’s globally on our internal blog!

So, what will this role involve?
  • Building strong relationships with the surrounding business & creating a positive working environment for Travelex staff
  • Driving performance and improvement along with general management duties & responsibilities
  • Monitoring and implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
  • Positive people management, which will include rostering, coaching and supporting your team through regular performance review
  • Being ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ providing support when required with processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Being able to adapt to working under pressure due to seasonal periods
Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues
