Qualifications

• Building Surveying experience.
• Strong construction and technical building knowledge.
• Experience with contract administration and project delivery.
• Client-facing communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing project-based Building Surveying work from inception through to completion.
• Preparing specifications and contract documentation.
• Contract administration and site inspections.
• Attending progress meetings and issuing contract instructions.
• Producing technical reports for clients.
• Managing projects independently as experience develops.
• Working across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors.
