EC Property Recruitment Ltd partners with a well-established building consultancy in London to recruit an Assistant Building Surveyor. This role offers genuine APC support and a clear path to chartership while gaining exposure to healthcare, residential, commercial, retail and education projects.

You will join an experienced team, receive structured development, and work with senior surveyors to progress toward APC and professional chartership in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree required: RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
• Experience in a consultancy Building Surveying role.
• Active APC progress or planning to start APC.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of building surveying instructions across multiple sectors.
• Assist with surveys, defect analysis, and report writing.
• Support in the preparation of specifications and tender documentation.
• Attend site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to project delivery from inception through to completion.
