Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor for a varied role covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential projects in the Southeast. You will manage project-based surveying from inception to completion and receive full APC support with a clear path to Associate and Partner.

The role offers a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 plus chartership support, annual bonus, early Friday finish and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities are essential.
• Experience with contract administration and project delivery is preferred.
• Experience covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities
