Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor (Great APC Support) for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors in the Southeast. The role combines office and site work with a varied project portfolio and full APC support, enabling a clear progression pathway toward Associate and Partner.

The role is commutable from Ascot, Bracknell and Reading, with an attractive salary range and annual bonus, plus early Friday

Qualifications

• Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification.
• Strong construction and technical building knowledge.
• Experience with contract administration and project delivery.
• Client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing project-based Building Surveying work from inception through to completion
• Preparing specifications and contract documentation
• Contract administration and site inspections
• Attending progress meetings and issuing contract instructions
• Producing technical reports for clients
• Managing projects independently as experience develops
• Working across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors
• Split between office and site's locations across the Southeast

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
