Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor for a varied role covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential projects in the Southeast. You will manage project-based surveying from inception to completion and receive full APC support with a clear path to Associate and Partner.
The role offers a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 plus chartership support, annual bonus, early Friday finish and extensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities are essential.
- Experience with contract administration and project delivery is preferred.
- Experience covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Managing project-based Building Surveying work from inception through to completion
- Preparing specifications and contract documentation
- Contract administration and site inspections
- Attending progress meetings and issuing contract instructions
- Producing technical reports for clients
- Managing projects independently as experience develops
- Working across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors
