Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor in London to join a long-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The role offers exposure to housing, education, commercial, care and healthcare projects, with APC support and a progression path.

You will assist senior surveyors across surveys, reports, specifications and documentation, while developing core surveying skills in a collaborative environment. Hybrid working is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• 1-2 years' post-graduate experience.
• Commitment to APC and professional development.
• Experience supporting surveying or project instructions in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housing, education, commercial, care and healthcare projects.
• Undertake building and condition surveys.
• Support retrofit, energy efficiency and sustainability-led instructions.
• Assist with specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Support contract administration and project delivery.
• Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams and progress APC.
