Building Services Manager, Manchester - UK North Build Division
John Sisk & Son are now hiring a Building Services Manager with a mechanical bias and hotel experience for our UK North Build Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, providing technical support, guidance, and direction in the overall delivery of projects.
  • Support the Building Services “Value Proposition” and its alignment with the Business Units and Company’s Vision, Values, and Ambition Objectives.
  • Support the delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives.
  • Support all aspects of the Tender and Bid process for the MEP Technical and Commercial Strategy, ensuring compliance with the Company’s Pre-Construction Manual Procedures.
  • Assist in the tendering and awarding of MEP packages in accordance with the required contract pre-construction and procurement strategies, and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Equivalent knowledge and understanding of Building Services Engineering Fundamentals for candidates without a degree.
  • At least 10+ years of post-qualification experience, including work on Data Centre projects.
  • Mechanical bias and hotel experience.
  • Electrical bias and stadia experience.
