Building Services Manager, Manchester - UK North Build DivisionJohn Sisk & Son are now hiring a Building Services Manager with a mechanical bias and hotel experience for our UK North Build Division.

Key Responsibilities- Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, providing technical support, guidance, and direction in the overall delivery of projects.
- Support the Building Services “Value Proposition” and its alignment with the Business Units and Company’s Vision, Values, and Ambition Objectives.
- Support the delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives.
- Support all aspects of the Tender and Bid process for the MEP Technical and Commercial Strategy, ensuring compliance with the Company’s Pre-Construction Manual Procedures.
- Assist in the tendering and awarding of MEP packages in accordance with the required contract pre-construction and procurement strategies, and objectives.
Qualifications- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Equivalent knowledge and understanding of Building Services Engineering Fundamentals for candidates without a degree.
- At least 10+ years of post-qualification experience, including work on Data Centre projects.
- Mechanical bias and hotel experience.
- Electrical bias and stadia experience.
