Our client is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London.

The role involves delivering a 5-star service, including M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a single high-profile building. The team comprises circa 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and contract support/facilities teams, with direct liaising with on-site clients.

Salary is in the range of £75,000 to £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within a market-leading organization.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment, with expertise in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Technical background is not mandatory due to a strong engineering team, but experience in managing client relationships is essential. Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc., is desirable.
