We are seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager for a central London-based M&E / Facilities Management account. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, delivering high-quality services including M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a single high-profile building. The successful candidate will liaise with the on-site client and ensure compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 25 staff, including supervisory and engineering personnel
• Overseeing a P&L of around £2.5 million
• Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance through auditing
• Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for project works
• Succession planning

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with experience in managing landlord services or M&E/Total FM clients. Qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or similar are desirable. This role offers a salary in the range of £75,000 to £85,000, plus bonus, pension, and opportunities for professional development.
