Our customer is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They seek an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London. The role involves delivering a 5-star service, overseeing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services in a single high-profile building.

The team comprises approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support personnel, liaising directly with the on-site client. The salary guideline is between £75,000 and £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within a market-leading organization.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, either for a dedicated service provider or managing agent. While technical expertise is not mandatory due to a strong engineering team, experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients is essential. Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
