Job Description:

Our client, a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial account in Central London. This role involves managing a team of circa 25 staff, delivering M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services across a high-profile building.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with a background in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Strong leadership, budget management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 25 staff
• Overseeing a circa £2.5 million P&L
• Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance through auditing
• Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
