Job summary

Virtu Property is seeking a hands-on maintenance operative to deliver planned and reactive upkeep across residential and communal properties in Tipner. You will perform multi-skilled repairs and assist with safety checks, reporting defects and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

This role emphasises accurate record-keeping, vehicle checks, and a proactive approach to remedial works, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service for our clients.
