Job summary

Virtu Property is seeking a maintenance professional to deliver quality planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties and communal areas.

The role requires a full UK driving license, fluent English, and competence in painting, decorating, carpentry and general repairs. You will work largely independently across multiple sites, reporting defects and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Fluent English and clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Maintenance skills across trades including painting, decorating, carpentry and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, grounds maintenance).
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and remedial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and company standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

What You Need to Succeed

• Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence
• Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate
• Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
