Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multiskilled Host for a hands-on Front of House role in Manchester. You will welcome visitors, support meetings and events, and serve as the first point of contact for building occupants and guests.

This role focuses on delivering a seamless workplace experience, coordinating with facilities teams, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adjust tasks with changing deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
• Organised, independent and self-motivated, flexible in scheduling and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front of house service to welcome clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Plan and prioritise work according to site needs and line manager directions.
• Carry out daily building checks to ensure tidiness, safety and compliance.
• Support meetings and events, including room bookings, catering and AV.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties and ensure consumables are stocked.
• Assist and co-ordinate with facilities and security teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Deliver site inductions to new client colleagues and building users.
