Job summary

Dove & Hawk is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a 279-unit Build-To-Rent development in Ealing. You will ensure smooth site performance, health & safety compliance, and drive sustainability and resident experience initiatives.

You will also support the Senior Portfolio Manager with portfolio visits, mentoring Residents Services Managers, and shaping future strategy. 5 over 7, 9am–6pm, with a 60,000 base salary plus 20% KPI bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a residential development to exceptional standards.
• Experience leading a team of 6+ people.
• Experience managing expenditure against budget.
• Understanding H&S compliance and complex building matters.
• IT literate and social media savvy.
• Strong financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a 279-unit BTR development.
• Manage cost control and budgeting for the asset.
• Ensure H&S compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team; conduct regular 121s.
• Set leasing/marketing strategy with Leasing Manager.
• Build resident relations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on maintenance and compliance.
• Support Senior Portfolio Manager across portfolio needs.
