Job summary

Your Mortgage Recruiter is recruiting an employed Mortgage Advisor for a Leatherhead, Surrey based role. You will handle BTL and Residential mortgage cases, with leads provided and a hybrid work option (office/home).

Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30, parking on site, strong training and long‑term career prospects. Ideal candidates hold CeMAP (or equivalent), have independent advisory experience, excellent English communication, and a client‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• Independent market mortgage advising experience is essential.
• Preferably good knowledge of the BTL mortgage sector.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisation and time-management abilities.
• Client-service focus, ambition and team-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients.
• Receive qualified client leads with high conversion expectations.
