Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join our professional financial services team across the UK. You will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice while managing client cases from enquiry through to completion in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires approximately 2 years of mortgage experience; CeMAP is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience may be considered. Knowledge of affordability assessments and FCA regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Approx. 2 years of relevant mortgage experience.
• Knowledge of affordability assessments, lending criteria and mortgage and protection products.
• Familiar with FCA regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing clients' financial circumstances, affordability and objectives to identify mortgage and protection options.
• Researching products and lending criteria across lenders.
• Completing client fact-finds and gathering supporting information.
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications and documentation.
• Managing cases through the application process to completion.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients, lenders and stakeholders.
• Providing clear, timely updates throughout each case.
