Job summary

Your Mortgage Recruiter in the North Surrey area is seeking two employed Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join an established, independent brokerage. You will handle Residential and BTL mortgage cases in a hybrid role, working three days per week in the office and two days from home, with a Monday to Friday pattern and no weekend work.

You will provide advice from the whole of the market, supported by in-house admin, and receive warm client leads.

Qualifications

• Mortgage advising experience is essential (preferably within the independent market).
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Prepared to work from a North Surrey based office on a 3 days per week basis.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ambitious, driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice from the whole market.
• Warm client leads provided; no need to have an existing client base.
• Administration support allows more time with clients and case progression.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients to complete cases.
