Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd has partnered with a directly authorised, fast-growing mortgage firm to recruit a Mortgage Advisor. This role offers hybrid working, a base salary of £35,000–£40,000 and an OTE of £80,000–£100,000+.

You will work warm leads, receive in-house admin support, and benefit from marketing investment designed to boost your results. The successful candidate CeMAP-qualified with solid FCA knowledge will thrive in a high-lead, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong product knowledge and FCA regulations.
• Confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage your pipeline from enquiry to completion with admin support
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers
• Stay current with market regulations and product changes
