Your Mortgage Recruiter LTD is recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join an established Essex brokerage on a hybrid basis. You will handle residential and BTL cases from the whole market, with warm leads supplied and in-house admin support to manage cases to completion.

The role offers a negotiable base salary, £3,000 car allowance, commissions, annual bonuses, and an OTE of £50,000–£70,000 in the first year. Working hours are 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Mortgage advising experience is essential.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Client service focused with strong organisation.

Aufgaben

• Provide mortgage and protection advice from whole of market.
• Utilise warm leads provided by the in-house team; no need to build your own client base.
• Administration managed by in-house team; liaise with lenders, solicitors and protection providers.
• Receive compliance support from in-house team and develop with training resources.
• Work within a professional, supportive team environment.
