Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert for Boots Tamworth to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will perform brow services, engage customers with product demonstrations, and collaborate with the team to meet counter targets.

The role requires a sales-driven attitude, a passion for cosmetics, flexible weekend availability, and prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed upon with the counter manager.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: Collaborate with all team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Actively support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter management administration.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
