Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Fosse Park. You will drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences through makeup services and expert product demonstrations.

As part of the team, you will perform brow services, help guests choose products, support events, and maintain a pristine counter. The role requires enthusiasm, resilience, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Sales-focused with a passion for makeup and achieving targets.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual retail sales goals.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing.
• Collaborate with team to support counter and business needs.
• Promote in-store events and sales opportunities.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and assist counter management.
• Maintain clean, hygienic counter and product displays.
