Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert for Boots Canterbury. You will deliver brow services and expert product demonstrations, while building lasting customer connections to drive sales.

The role offers flexible hours across 4 days (22.5 hours) with opportunities to participate in in-store events, staff discounts, and ongoing training to support growth within a leading eyebrow brand.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for makeup and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by consistently meeting individual retail targets and demonstrating products to customers.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business needs and boost sales.
• Support in-store, external and charity events to promote products and engage customers.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter administration.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and encourage sales.
