Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven personality.
• Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to exceed expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
• Minimum 4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business goals.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter management.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
