You’ll perform brow services, support in-store promotions, track sales activity, and maintain brand standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer service in retail or hospitality, a sales-driven mindset, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual retail sales goals through product demonstrations.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store promotions, events and sales opportunities.
• Track sales performance with daily/weekly worksheets.
• Maintain hygienic counter and brand image.
