Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert at Boots Glasgow Fort. You will perform brow services and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail counter.

You’ll achieve individual sales goals, support promotions and events, and maintain brand standards with a teamwork-driven approach. Flexible weekend availability and prior retail customer service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented and enjoy challenging targets with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays, and holiday periods.
• Minimum of 4 years’ customer service experience in retail or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Sell and exceed individual retail sales goals with counter manager alignment.
• Provide brow waxing, tinting and tweezing services to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet counter and business needs and drive sales.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and external activities to boost product promotion.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and assist with counter management administration.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays in line with brand standards
