Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time 15-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Stratford.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as part of our long-term employment benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. You should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
3. Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
4. Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
5. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
6. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and displays.

Qualifications
