Responsibilities

You will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers, maximize sales, connect with customers, demonstrate products, and encourage repeat business through makeup lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Achieving sales goals – Meet individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services – Waxing, Tinting, Tweezing (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert).
• Teamwork – Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions & Events – Assist with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration – Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping – Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

Qualifications
