Job Title: Brow and Beauty Expert (Part-Time)

This is a part-time position requiring one day per week as a Brow and Beauty Expert.

Note for Students: If you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as part of our long-term employment benefits.

Role Overview

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to customers, maximize sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships through make-up lessons and appointments. Your role involves making connections, demonstrating products, and ensuring customers leave looking and feeling their best.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
2. Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
3. Promotions and Events: Assist in store and external events, including product launches and charity initiatives.
4. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
5. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays.

Qualifications
