Responsibilities

You will deliver exciting, unique service to all customers. To maximize sales, you’ll connect with customers, demonstrate products, and be committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions & Events: Assist in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
